Service, Maintenance & Support
All of our high-quality systems are fully supported by Xact’s own team of specialist engineers and technical sales professionals. Their expertise ensures our customers receive the very highest levels of service from initial specification, installation and commissioning of systems continuing through to achieving and maintaining optimum performance levels throughout the equipment’s operating life.
We provide a complete range of spare parts for all of our equipment which we keep in stock to ensure prompt supply. We are committed to supporting legacy products for as long as is practical; a minimum period of seven years from the product being retired, and often for far longer.
Xact offer preventative maintenance agreements personalised to each customer to support operational excellence throughout the lifecycle of your equipment.
We offer programmes completely tailored to customer requirements to ensure your Xact equipment is operated in the most effective manner and help minimise operator error. In depth maintenance training or basic operator training is available and will take place on site at the required pace of the trainee.
Declaration of Conformity Certificates for all Xact products are available. We provide BRC, MSDS documents and Safety Sheets where necessary.
Our technical support will ensure all our machines are running with the latest software and all updates are implemented and up to date.
