What We Do

Xact Prepack is one of the UK’s leading providers of specialist packaging and marking equipment for the food industry, providing complete solutions including net packaging, checkweighers and metal detectors, inkjet marking and labelling systems.

Xact Prepack has established market leadership in the UK fruit and vegetable packaging market over the last 30 years with its range of Giro netting machines and consumables. Whilst these packs have been an established feature on the shelves of the UK’s major supermarket chains for some years, the company has recently introduced a number of new ranges which have developed its position still further within the UK food & beverage industry.

Xact Prepack’s range of products now includes checkweighers and metal detectors, customised print & apply label systems, inkjet coding and marking machines including high resolution piezo inkjet system for printing outer cases.

Inkjet Coding & Marking

Xact Coding & Marking are able to offer a complete range of coding solutions from simple date coding of primary products to printing high definition text, graphics and barcodes onto outer cartons.

We have for many years and continue to successfully supply and support online coding equipment as well as complete turnkey solutions for offline printing stations including bag and case feeders.
