The high performance multiformat bag packaging machine allows fast and effortless changes.
This is the most suitable vertical packaging machine (VFFS) for making the most common sized bags on a single machine. By simply changing the former the following bags can be produced: doy pack, pillow type, block bottom, 4 and 5 seals and envelope. The preferred option by those industries which require that something extra in the presentation of their products.
Multiformat VFFS Machine – 4 Bag Types
The high performance multiformat 4 bag VFFS machine allows fast and effortless changes at an excellent price.
This is the most suitable machine for making the most common sized bags on a single machine. By simply changing the former, the following bags can be produced: pillow type, block bottom, block bottom quad seal, block bottom with 5 seals.
The Irta VX STD multiformat packaging machine (VFFS) is the natural evolution from our standard packaging machine. It widens the variety of formats by adding 4 and 5 seam block bottom bags and for this reason, it is preferred by those industries which require that something extra in the presentation of their products.
Large Multiformat VFFS machine – 2 Bag Types
The IRTA EN STD vertical bulk bagger was born from the experience gained from the VX and XT packaging machines.
The engineering team at IRTA have developed these modern, robust machines especially for packaging in BULK.
A large, oval tube former allows the product to be bagged in pillow pack and flat bottom pillow pack formats. This is achieved by widening the chassis of the machine so that the reel or film is much longer, enabling a large bag or sack to be formed which can hold bulk quantities.
An expansion kit or appropriate accessory can be fitted to give the sack handles or perforate a three finger EuroHole, etc.
DUO Pack Specific Multiformat VFFS Machine – 3 DUO Bag Types
Two products packed together in the same pack, completely independent of each other with each compartment able to be opened separately without affecting the conservation of the other.

Multiformat Tilted VFFS Machine for DELICATE items – 3 Bag Types
The Irta tilted packaging machine is designed to prevent breakage of delicate items such as muffins, chocolate, iced products etc. It is also suitable for long products or any products where there is a risk of damage while falling from the hopper to the bag.
The Irta VX STD INC tilted packaging machine as standard maintains a fixed inclined angle of 35º (although this angle may be changed if required). This is a multiformat packaging machine which admits the most common bag types: pillow type, block bottom pillow type or gusseted.
