Vertical bagging machine designed to form 4 and 5 edge sealed packs, particularly suitable for products requiring high quality packaging. Incorporates 5 vertical sealers for the edges and vertical sealing of the pack.
VFFS Packaging Machine with a Window Display
The IRTA EN STD vertical bulk bagger was born from the experience gained from the VX and XT packaging machines.
The engineering team at IRTA have developed these modern, robust machines especially for packaging in BULK.
A large, oval tube former allows the product to be bagged in pillow pack and flat bottom pillow pack formats. This is achieved by widening the chassis of the machine so that the reel or film is much longer, enabling a large bag or sack to be formed which can hold bulk quantities.
An expansion kit or appropriate accessory can be fitted to give the sack handles or perforate a three finger EuroHole, etc.
High Speed VFFS Machine
The DUPLO is the latest innovation from the Irta Group. Thanks to its two forming tubes, this innovative machine can produce bags two at a time, up to 240 bags a minute.
The impressive capacity of the DUPLO allows to double production speeds and produces small size bags from 50×40 mm to 120×200 mm. DUPLO has an excellent quality-performance-price ratio and is especially suited for packing snacks, candy, nuts, sunflower seeds, quinoa…..
Autonomous Carousel to Form Square Packages
Autonomous carousel for filling and forming of the stable double bottom, square or brick-type pack. Fully prepared to integrate with any VFFS machine.

- The system has stations integrated for vibrating and compacting the product, an upper weld and bender, a station for trimming and discarding excess film, and an exit area for the package formed.
